What time should I arrive?

Gates open at 6:30PM. We highly recommend you arrive as early as possible to avoid long lines.

What are the times of the event?

Gates open at 6:30PM and the event ends at 1AM.

Tickets can be purchased online by clicking here.

Tickets can also be purchased on the University of Arizona Mall (DATES TBA).

Will tickets be available at the door, day of the festival?

Yes, tickets will be sold at the door unless they are sold-out. We suggest buying your tickets in advance because we are very likely to sell-out.

I heard there will be busses running from the University of Arizona campus to Kino Sports Complex, is this true?

Yes, for your convenience we have set up buses from Tucson High (Directly across from Coronado dorms). You MUST purchase a bus pass in ADVANCE. No passes will be sold the night of the event. Busses will continuously shuttle from 6:30PM till 1:30AM.

What does VIP include?

VIP includes a no line entrance, t-shirt, sunglasses, VIP lanyard and a private VIP only-area located directly next to the stage.

What are the age limits?

We designed N9NE Fest to be safe and fun for all ages.

Will alcohol be available?

YES! A beer garden will be set up for guests 21+.

What can I not bring into Kino Sports Complex?

Professional cameras, camping chairs in carrying bags, alcoholic beverages, outside food/beverage, laser pointers, sharp or dangerous items (weapons, knives, spiked items, chains, fireworks and mace), and animals that are not officially designated to assist guests with special needs.

If it rains, will I get a refund?

No, all sales are final. The event will occur rain or shine.

Will merchandise be sold at the event?

Yes.

Can I upgrade to VIP once I get there?

Yes, the option to upgrade from general admission to VIP with be available at the box office located at front entrance of the venue.

If I don't want to get foam on me, what do I do?

The foam will be in small amounts concentrated towards the front of the crowd. There will also be a foam countdown; this will enable you to move away as the countdown gets closer to zero. There will be foam free zones as well and these will be illustrated on the event map.

Will there be food/drinks at the festival?

Yes.

Will there be will call?

No, you must print your ticket if you buy it online or bring your hard ticket.

If I buy my ticket online, do I need to print it out?

Yes, there will be no other way of getting it. There is no will call, all purchasers of online tickets must PRINT THEIR TICKETS.

Do tickets increase in price?

Will there be a place to park?

Yes. The cost of parking is included in ticket prices.

Can I re-enter Kino Sports Complex?

No. Once your ticket is scanned you may not leave/re-enter the event.
